West Lafayette, Ind. - DePauw totaled 129 points and finished fifth at the Indiana Intercollegiates. Purdue won with 861 points followed by Ball State with 484, Evansville with 189.5 and Indiana State with 160.5.

Angela Newlon won the 500-yard freestyle in 5:02.32 and was sixth in the 200 free in 1:55.64. Mary Woods was seventh in the 100 breaststroke in 1:09.13.

Elaine Davis also posted a top-10 finish in one-meter diving with 176.35 points.

The Tigers' 200 free "B" relay of Jamie Fritsch, Annie Graves, Shelby Whitt and Newlon was fifth in 1:43.57.

DePauw hosts Washington-St. Louis and Albion next Friday at 1 p.m.
