Meadville, Pa. - DePauw moved to 9-4 overall after opening North Coast Athletic Conference play with a 3-1 (25-16, 20-25, 25-17, 25-19) win at Allegheny. The Gators dropped to 10-5 overall and 0-1 in the conference.

Suzanne Peters paced DePauw with 21 kills, while Lauren Falotico aded 15. Faith Rolwes assisted on 47 of the Tigers' 63 kills. Keely McGrath led DePauw with 19 digs and Elisabeth Wilson totaled two block assists.

Taylor Samuel led Allegheny with 11 kills with Justine Kelly assisting on 28 of the Gators' 33 kills. Kyle Karczewski recorded two aces. Terra Schall had a team-best 38 digs and Leah Franzluebbers finished with four total blocks.

DePauw travels to Hiram tomorrow for a 1 p.m. NCAC match.
