Delaware, Ohio - Paced by Celia Kauth's championship in the high jump, DePauw wrapped up the North Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a seventh-place showing with 47 points. Ohio Wesleyan won with 251 points, while Oberlin was second with 133 and Allegheny third with 100.
Kauth took the high jump title with a best mark of 1.58 meters (5-2.25). Heather O'Brien picked up third in the 5,000 meters (18:35.99) and was fifth in the 1,500 meters (4:48.41). Joining O'Brien in the 5,000 was Claudia Monnett who placed fourth in 18:38.33.
Turning in seventh-place finishes were Maggie Royalty in the 100 meters (12.56 seconds), Cami Etgen in the 400 meters (1:01.44), Hope Jordan in the 1500 meters (4:52.36) and MJ Oviatt in the high jump (1.48 meters/4-10.25).
Ellie Sheffield was eighth in the 100 hurdles (15.82) as was Katie Manalo in the shot put (11.20 meters/36-9).
The Tigers' 4 x 100 relay of Jazzkia Jones, Amanda Weber, Sheffield and Royalty placed third in 49.86, while the 4x400 relay of Weber, Odessa Fernandes, Miranda DaFoe and Etgen was seventh in 4:11.77.
