Terre Haute, Ind. - Led by a pair of firsts from Marcus Dozier, DePauw totaled 42 points and finished sixth among nine teams at the Rose-Hulman Twilight. Rose-Hulman won with 198 points, while Washington University was second with 192.
Dozier posted the year's longest discus throw in Division III after winning with a best mark of 53.36 meters (175-1). He also topped the field in the shot put (16.01m/52-6.5).
The Tigers picked up eight points in the 5,000-meter run as Noah Gatwood was fourth in 15:52.22 and Nick Meszaros placed sixth in 15:54.65. Will Bond was fifth in the 3,000 meters in 8:59.65, while Josh Ebikwo was eighth in the 100 meters in 11.65 seconds.
DePauw's 4x100 relay was sixth in 44.04 seconds and the 4x400 relay placed third in 3:26.36.
The Tigers return to action on Saturday, April 25, at the Bellarmine Classic.
