Greencastle, Ind. - For the second straight week, Marcus Dozier broke the school shot put record and the Tigers finished second at the DePauw Invitational.
DePauw finished third in the meet with 79.5 points, while Rose-Hulman won with 176.5 and Anderson was second with 82.
Dozier won the shot put with a best mark of 16.18 meters (53-1) which came on his last throw and topped last week's mark by over 1 1/2'.
Josh Ebikwo finished second in the 200-yard meters (23.14) and fourth in the 60 meters (7.12).
Kevin Kenney placed second in the 1,000 meters (2:41.63), while Will Bond was second in the mile (4:30.06) and Paul Watts fourth (4:31.42). Noah Gatwood finished second in the 5,000 meters (15:32.64) and Polo Burguete was fourth (15:38.38).
Taras Tataryn placed third in the 600 meters (1:27.81), while Chris Lowry was seventh in the 800 meters (2;03.90) as was Ryan Grizzard in the long jump (6.14m/20-1.75).
DePauw's distance medley relay was third in 11:02.49, while the 4x200 relay was fifth in 1:38.17 and the 4x400 relay eighth in 3:42.13.
The Tigers host the DePauw Classic next Saturday at 11 a.m.
