Pair of Second-Place Finishes Highlights Tigers' Trip to Bellarmine

Louisville, Ky. - A pair of second-place finishes highlighted DePauw's afternoon at the Bellarmine Classic.

Heather O'Brien turned in a second-place finish in the 1,500 meters (4:53.25) as did Siri Retrum in the 5,000 meters (18:23.58).

Ashley Guevara was third in the 3,000 steeplechase in 11:33.60 with Megan Everhart finishing seventh in the event in 12:33.67.

Tiernan Shank was fifth in the 400 meters (1:00.68) as was Amanda Weber in the long jump (16-4.25/4.98m). Jillian Balser was sixth in the pole vault (10-8/3.25m) and Maggie Royalty seventh in the long jump (15-6.25/4.73m).

Finishing eighth were Katie Doron in the 1,500 (4:59.73) and Odessa Fernandez in the 400 (1:04.27).

The Tigers' 4 x 100 relay was fourth in 4:27.24.

DePauw returns to action May 2-3 when it travels to Oberlin College for the NCAC Championships.
