Greencastle, Ind.- The DePauw women's soccer team battled the College of Wooster Fighting Scots to a scoreless tie Saturday afternoon at Reavis Stadium.

DePauw is now 2-5-2 on the year and 0-1-2 in North Coast Athletic Conference play, while Wooster advanced to 7-3-1 overall and 1-0-1 in the NCAC.

Neither team could find any offensive rhythm in the first half as DePauw fired just three shots to Wooster's one.

The Fighting Scots took a different approach to the second half outshooting the Tigers 12-3. DePauw goalie Sarah Cho made five saves to keep the game scoreless and force overtime.

Both teams fired two total shots on goal in the extra sessions, but neither team could net a goal. Wooster held a 16-9 advantage on shots, while the Tigers had four corner kicks to the Fighting Scots' one.

Cho made seven saves in the tie, while Elizabeth Clark and Carly Eppler combined for six saves.

DePauw returns to the pitch Wednesday, October 8, when they host Illinois Wesleyan starting at 7:00 p.m.
