Box Score Delaware, Ohio - Three first-half goals lifted 18th-ranked DePauw to a 3-1 North Coast Athletic Conference win at Ohio Wesleyan. The Tigers improved to 15-2 overall and 11-2 in the NCAC, while the Battling Bishops dropped to 9-9 overall and 5-8 in conference play.
Paige Henry got the scoring underway just 3:17 into the contest on Maggie Campbell's assist before Campbell made it 2-0 after she beat the goalie and scored at 13:22.
Ohio Wesleyan's Montan Knapp cut the Tigers' lead in half with Haley Savoie's assist at 16:33 before Henry knocked in her second goal off of Addie Ball's pass with just 1:11 left in the half.
DePauw held a 17-11 advantage in shots including an 8-2 margin in shots on goal. The Tigers also led in penalty corners, 10-4.
Sarah Guendert saved one shot in picking up the win for DePauw, while the Bishops' Jackie Feliciano stopped one DePauw shot and Gabi Coty recorded a defensive save.
DePauw wraps up NCAC play on Saturday, November 1, at Wittenberg in a 1 p.m. contest.
