Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw held a 1-0 lead with 25 minutes remaining, but visiting Milwaukee School of Engineering scored four unanswered goals in just over 14 minutes to take a 4-1 win over the Tigers on Boswell Field in the season opener for both squads.
The Tigers' Megann Lear scored an unassisted goal at 33:21 to give the hosts a 1-0 lead before the Raiders' Sara Travia knotted the contest on Natalie Gayner's assist at 65:69. Caitlin Liddiard made it 2-1 on an unassisted score just 3:44 later.
Travia's second goal came at 74:04 with Paula Bohl assisting before Gayner wrapped up the scoring with just under 10 minutes remaining on Anna O'Donnell's assist.
MSOE held a 16-7 advantage in shots including an 8-2 edge in shots on goal with DePauw leading in corners, 3-2.
DePauw's Emma Cooper totaled four saves in goal with the Raiders' Syndey Stephens stopping one shot.
The Tigers host Adrian on Sunday at Noon.
