Tigers Finish Sixth at Total Performance Invitational

Gambier, Ohio - DePauw totaled 510 points and finished sixth at the Total Performance Invitational at Kenyon College. Penn won with 2,412.5, while Kenyon was second with 2,012.

On the final day of competition, Angela Newlon finished fourth in the 500-yard freestyle in 4:56.26 which was a an NCAA "B" cut time and broke her own school record set earlier this year and again in this morning's prelims. Newlon also finished seventh in the 200 individual medley in 2:09.15.

Allison Kirby finished eighth in the 200 breaststroke in 2:25.21, while Caroline Bridges was also eighth in the 100 free in 52.18.

The Tigers' 200 medley relay of Annie Graves, Allison Kirby, Jamie Fritsch and Erin Horne was 13th in 1:50.62 with the 400 free relay of Emily Weber, Bridges, Fritsch and Horne placing 11th in 3:33.75.
