Tigers Improve to 1-1 with Win at Wittenberg

Springfield, Ohio-  DePauw moved to 1-1 on the season following a 168-120 win at Wittenberg.

Angela Newlon won three individual events as she touched first in the 200-yard freeestyle (1:55.08), 200 butterfly (2:10.46) and the 400 individual medley (4:34.36). Emily Weber picked up a pair of firsts in the 1000 free (10:42.91) and the 500 free (5:16.39) as did Annie Graves in the 100 backstroke (1:00.46) and in the 200 back (2:09.49).

Allison Kirby won the 200 breaststroke (2:32.41), while Morgan Graves collected a win in the 100 fly (1:02.08).

The 200 free relay of Weber, Ellen Riehle, Kirsten Olson and Jennifer Norehad closed the meet with a win in 1:42.38.

DePauw returns to action on November 22-23 at Wabash's Patrick Woehnker Invitational.
