Box scores: North Central |Benedictine

Lisle, Ill. - DePauw picked up a pair of 3-0 wins in the opening day of the Benedictine (Ill.) University Eagle Classic and improved to 23-4 in the process.

The Tigers opened with a 25-20, 25-19, 25-18 victory over North Central before topping the hosts 25-19, 25-16, 25-21.

Lauren Falotico and Kelly Doyle each totaled seven kills in the North Central match with Faith Rolwes assisting 30 of the Tigers' 34 kills. Keely McGrath's 17 digs led the way as did Elisabeth Wilson's six blocks.

Falotico and Mary Kate Etling each totaled 10 kills against Benedictine with Rolwes assisting 26 of DePauw's 39 kills. McGrath led with three aces and 21 digs, while Etling totaled three block assists.

DePauw returns to action tomorrow with matches against Elmhurst and Chicago.
