Greencastle, Ind. - On the opening night of the DePauw Tigers Invitational, the host Tigers improved to 9-2 and extended their win streak to nine with a pair of 3-0 wins over Hanover (25-10, 25-21, 25-15) and Olivet (25-12, 25-19, 25-21).

In the win over  Hanover, Katie Petrovich and Mary Kate Etling each totaled 11 kills, while Faith Rolwes finished with 39 assists. Keely McGrath had a team-high two aces with Tori Bowerman totaling 18 digs. Four different DePauw players had three blocks apiece.

Etling paced the Tigers with 11 kills and eight blocks against Olivet, while McGrath had three aces and 14 digs. Rolwes had a team-high 29 assists.

DePauw returns to action on Saturday when it hosts Kalamazoo at 10 a.m. and Millikin at 2 p.m.
