Molly O'Brien put the hosts on the board first at 8:24 on Jessica Janota's assist. DePauw knotted the score at 1-1 on Chloe Jacob's unassisted goal at 49:52.
Illinois Wesleyan responded as Hannah Ketterling made it 2-1 on Emily Hinchman's assist at 63:16 and O'Brien added a second score with just 2:20 remaining on an assist from Tillie Bill.
The Titans outshot DePauw 29-10 and held an 11-1 advantage in corners. Caroline Kerr had three saves in the opening 28 minutes, while Emma Cooper totaled seven the rest of the way. Illinois Wesleyan's Renata Butikas had three.
DePauw returns to action on Saturday, October 22, with an 11 a.m. North Coast Athletic Conference game at Allegheny.
