October 1, 2011, Gambier, Ohio — DePauw and Kenyon battled through 90 minutes of scoreless regulation, but needed just 1:38 of overtime to decide a winner as the Tigers took a 1-0 North Coast Athletic Conference victory at Kenyon.
DePauw improved to 9-1 overall with its eighth straight victory and remained unbeaten in conference play at 3-0, while the Lords dropped to 3-6-1 overall and 0-2 in the NCAC.
Nate Snyder (pictured) delivered the game-winner on Andy Morrison's assist at 91:38 as DePauw moved to 4-0 in overtime games this season.
DePauw held a narrow 10-9 edge in shots, while Kenyon led 10-4 in corners. Nathan Sprenkel totaled two saves on the way to his fourth shutout of thee year.
