September 26, 2010, Sewanee, Tenn. —  DePauw improved to 10-8 overall and 3-1 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference after sweeping past 20th-ranked Austin by a 3-1 (25-21, 21-25, 25-18, 25-20) score and blanking Sewanee 3-0 (25-9, 25-16, 25-9).

In the Austin match, Annie Collier led with 13 kills with Ali Smith totaling 50 assists and Kylee Lehrman leading with three aces. Madison Hoenig and Abby Balbach each had 14 digs with Paige Thompson and Kristen Chynoweth totaling four blocks apiece.

Balbach and Thompson each had six kills against Sewanee with Brianna Holder led with 24 assists. Lehrman had five aces with Hoenig totaling 15 digs and Hannah Nelson three blocks.

DePauw travels to Birmingham-Southern on October 2-3 for another SCAC weekend.
