Lindsay Jipping scored the game's first goal with just 24 seconds left in the first half on Courtney Cook's assist and then added an unassisted score at 58:37.
Hope's Danielle Petzak made it 3-0 on Tricia Bajema's assist at 80:56 before the Tigers scored on Sophia Da Silveira's unassisted score at 88:44. Hope countered just 22 seconds later as Rachel Rebhan found the back of the net from Kelsey Masserant's assist.
Lauren Palfrey totaled five saves for DePauw and Kelsey Bos had nine for Hope. The Tigers also held a 4-1 edge in corners.
DePauw hosts Ohio Wesleyan on Saturday, September 18, at Noon.
