Box Score March 14, 2010, Danville, Ky. — The 24th-ranked DePauw softball team improved to 6-1 after today's 12-0 win over Oberlin in the March Mayhem Tournament at Centre. Oberlin dropped to 0-3 with the loss.
The Tigers sored three in the third before adding nine in the fourth for the win. Rachel MacBeth and Ashlee Anton each had three of DePauw's 15 hits, while Cymone Allen, Amy Hallett and Haley Buchanan had two each.
Kristin Barrow pitched three innings of scoreless relief while striking out six and not walking anyone. She, along with Megan Soultz and Emily Bicher, totaled nine walks with no strikeouts.
