November 6, 2010, San Antonio, Texas —  DePauw won the first set of its Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship match, but Colorado College rallied to take a 3-1 (24-26, 25-22, 25-17, 25-18) win over the Tigers.

The Tigers finished the season at 22-14, while Colorado College improved to 30-6. The runner-up finish was DePauw's third in the last four years.

Annie Collier led the Tigers with 13 kills, while Ali Smith paced the team with 40 assists. Maggie Pajakowski totaled three service aces, while Madison Hoenig had 21 digs. Collier, Kristen Chynoweth and Smith each had two blocks and were named to the all-tournament team.
