November 6, 2010, San Antonio, Texas —  DePauw held on for a 3-2 (29-27, 25-15, 15-25, 23-25, 15-12) win over Centre in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference semifinals and advanced to the conference championship match for the third time in the last four years.

Paige Thompson and Kristen Chynoweth each had 16  kills to lead the Tigers, while Ali Smith led with 61 assists. Abby Balbach, Madison Hoenig and Kylee Lehrman each had two service aces, while Hoenig led the way with 40 digs. Chynoweth was the team leader with four blocks.
