November 5, 2010, San Antonio, Texas — Third-seeded DePauw improved to 21-13 on the season and advanced to the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament semifinals with a 3-0 (25-21, 25-17, 25-21) win over sixth-seeded Rhodes. The Lynx finished their season at 18-19.

Annie COllier paced the Tigers with 10 kills, while Ali Smith totaled 34 assists. Maggie Pajakowski paced the team with three service aces with Madison Hoening leading with 15 digs. Kristen Chynoweth and Katie Petrovich each totaled two blocks.
