Box Score October 3, 2010, Jackson, Miss. — DePauw, ranked 20th in Division III, gave up a goal in the game's third minute, but rallied with one of its own in each half to take a 2-1 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference win at Millsaps.
The Tigers improved to 9-1-1 overall and 3-0-1 in the SCAC, while the Majors dropped to 2-6-1 overall and 0-4 in conference play. With the win, the Tigers clinched their 29th straight season with a .500 record or better.
Andrew Moise put Millsaps ahead at 2:46 on an assist from Trey Fontaine before Ryan Keefe knotted the score on an assist from Sam Meyer at 33:09. Dean Weaver delivered the game winner at 78:28.
DePauw outshot Millsaps 23-4 and held a 12-1 advantage in corners. Nate Sprenkel totaled one save for the Tigers and Dylan Broussard had 14 for the Majors.
The Tigers host Rhodes College on Friday, October 8, at 8 p.m.
