October 16, 2010, Sherman, Texas —  DePauw splits its two Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference matches today, losing to host Austin by a 3-1 (25-19, 25-15, 20-25, 25-23) score and then defeating Oglethorpe 3-0 (25-16, 25-12, 25-21).

Annie Collier led the Tigers with 14 kills against Austin, while Brianna Holder had 33 assists and Madison Hoenig 18 digs. Kristen Chynoweth, Abb Balbach and Hannah Nelson each had three blocks.

In the win over Ogletehorpe, Collier led with nine kills and Brianna Holder had 35 assists. Kylee Lehrman paced the team with three aces and Madison Hoenig had nine digs.

The Tigers, 16-11 overall and 8-4 in conference play, return to action on October 23-24 at Oglethorpe with matches against Millsaps, Birmingham-Southern, Hendrix and Sewanee.
