October 12, 2010, Greencastle, Ind. —  DePauw improved to 15-8 on the season following a 3-2 win over visiting Hanover. The Panthers dropped to 13-9 with the loss.

The Tigers took a 2-0 lead with 25-22 and 28-26 wins in the opening two sets. Hanover battled back to even the match with 25-20 and 25-19 victories in the third and fourth sets, respectively. DePauw won the match with a 15-13 win in the fifth set.

Paige Thompson paced the Tigers with 16 kills and six blocks, while Brianna Holder had 51 assists. Kylee Lehrman led DePauw with six service aces and Madison Hoenig totaled 28 digs.

DePauw travels to Austin College for Friday and Saturday Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference matches.
