October 30, 2009, Greencastle, Ind. —  The 24th-ranked Tiger volleyball team extended its win streak to six straight and improved to 27-6 following a 3-0 win over Illinois College.

DePauw won the first set, 25-11 and the second by a 25-16 score. They then closed out the win with a 25-12 victory in the third set. The Lady Blues dropped to 8-16 with the loss.

Kristen Chynoweth (left) led the Tigers with 10 kills and shared the team lead with Abby Balbach with three blocks apiece. Ali Smith paced DePauw with 26 assists, while Kylee Lehrman had five service aces and Madison Hoenig 13 digs.

DePauw hosts Marian (Ind.) in the season's final home match tomorrow at 1 p.m.
