October 27, 2009, Greencastle, Ind. — DePauw improved to 10-4-1 on the season following a 1-0 win over Rose-Hulman in a game played through a steady rain at Boswell Field. The Engineers dropped to 11-4-1 on the season.
Christopher Lee scored the game's lone goal at 12:16 on Alex Johnson's assist to lift the Tigers to their fourth win in the last five games.
DePauw held an 11-3 shots advantage and led in corners, 8-3. Ted Jacobi posted the shutout in goal for the Tigers with three saves, while Rose-Hulman's Andy Kruth had two saves.
The Tigers return to Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference action on Friday when they host Millsaps at 8 p.m.
