Mimi Anthony gave Ohio Wesleyan a 1-0 lead with 18:09 left in the first half on an assist from Christa Ccocumelli before DePauw's Beth Seegers knotted the contest with an assist from Carolyn Mueller at 5:06.
Lilly Jianas' unassisted score with 2:19 left in the half put the Bishops back in front before DePauw's Kimberly Trainor scored, unassisted, with 17:36 left in the second half to tie the contest at 2-2.
The Bishops' Abigail Walsh delivered the eventual game-winning goal with 7:01 left on an assist from Cocumnelli before Macie Miller put the contest away with 4:13 left with an assit from Jianas.
DePauw outshot Ohio Wesleyan, 25-12 and held a 15-4 edge in corners. Liz Attewell recorded four saves for the Tigers with Krista Murray totaling four for the Bishops.
The Tigers return to action action on Wednesday, September 10, at Bellarmine.
