Final Day Results in More Tiger Records

March 15, 2008, Oxford, Ohio - Three school records went by the wayside during today's NCAA Division III Championships as one Tiger and a relay qualified for tonight's finals.

Amanda Stier earned a spot in tonight's finals with a fifth-place prelim finish in the 200-yard butterfly in a school-record 2:05.67. The 400 freestyle relay also established a school record and qualified for the consolation finals with a ninth-place showing in 3:31.98.

Katie Doogan's leadoff swim of the relay of 52.99 broke the Tigers' 100 free record. Doogan missed a spot in the consolation finals of the 200 backstroke by placing 17th in 2:07.98 which was just .01 behind the final qualifying spot. Callie Boehme is competing in the 1,650 free and those results will be posted with tonight's finals.
