Tigers Win Wabash Invitational

Cook_John_200809msw.jpg November 22, 2008, Crawfordsville, Ind. - DePauw totaled 801 points and won Wabash's Patrick Woehnker Invitational. Wabash was second with 727.5 points.

The Tigers' 200-yard medley relay of Steve Klabak, Dan DeGeus, Josh Baugh and John Cook won in 1:38.98 as did Charlie Boehme in the 400 individual medley in 4:21.17.

John Cook (pictured) won the 50 freestyle in 21.63 seconds and the 100 free in 46.92 seconds. Adam Wishart was a double-winner in diving with 244.10 points on the one-meter board and 251.45 in three-meter competition.

DePauw's 200 free relay of Klabak, Cook, Kyle Kerrigan and Baugh finished the meet with a win in 1:26.88.

The Tigers return to action on December 5-6 when they host the DePauw Invitational.
