October 18, 2008, Georgetown, Texas - DePauw is 19-10 overall and 8-4 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference following a split of its Saturday matches.

Austin defeated the Tigers 3-1 (25-17, 25-22, 26-28, 25-20) before DePauw came back to blank Centre 3-0 (25-11, 25-14, 27-25).

Adrienne Cobb led DePauw with 13 kills in the Austin match, while Ali Smith finished with 48 assists and Emily Smith totaled 27 digs. Chynoweth paced the squad with three blocks.

Cobb totaled 11 kills and six blocks in the Centre win with Ali Smith finishing with 29 assists. Loren Sloan recorded three service aces with Emily Smith totaling 24 digs.

DePauw returns to action on October 25-26 when it travels to Sewanee for the final SCAC matches prior to the conference tournament.
