Jeremy Rielley gave DePauw a 1-0 lead with his sixth goal of the season at 54:04, but Wittenberg tied the contest at 88:57 on a goal from Ben McAnnis-Entenman with an assist from Justin Jenkins.
DePauw outshot Wittenberg 12-9 and held a 6-5 edge in corners. McAnnis-Entenman recorded seven saves for Wittenberg, while John Fenley had one for DePauw.
DePauw travels to Earlham on Sunday.
