The Engineers' Julie Roebel scored at 36:48 on and assist from Elisabeth Baca. Rose-Hulman's Jennifer Gordon then scored at 64:31 to make it 2-0.

DePauw outshot the Engineers 10-8, while the Engineers held a 3-2 edge in corners. Brooke Shipley recorded three saves for the Tigers with Lauren Pelfrey adding two. Rose-Hulman's Rachel Miller totaled five.
