September 21, 2007, Memphis, Tenn. - DePauw opened Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference action at Rhodes and dropped a 3-0 decision to the Lynx. The Tigers fell to 2-5 overall and 0-1 in the SCAC, while Rhodes improved to 4-3 overall and 1-0 in the conference.

Rhodes took a 1-0 lead on Kara Purdy's unassisted goal at 7:51. Caroline Voelkel made it 2-0 with an assist from Bailey Morgan at 53:02 before Lizzie Wright rounded out the scoring at 88:01 on Karli Alvino's assist.

Rhodes outshot DePauw 12-7 and held a  6-5 advantage in corners.

DePauw travels to Hendrix on Sunday.
