September 15, 2007, Danville, Ky. - DePauw dropped to 2-3 on the season following a 3-0 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference loss at Centre in the conference opener for both schools. The Colonels improved to 5-0 with the win.

Centre's Taylor Gray scored midway through the first half on an assist from Sally Faulkner, while Teresa Johnstone made it 2-0 at 43:34 on Gray's assist. Mary KAte Clodius rounded out the scoring at 48:27 on an assist from Johnstone.

The Colonels outshot the Tigers 11-6, while DePauw held a 10-7 edge in corners. Liz Attewell recorded five saves for DePauw, while Ann Guagliardo had five for Centre.

DePauw travels to Sewanee on Sunday.
