DePauw Improves to 17-7 with Saturday Sweep

October 6, 2007, Terre Haute, Ind. - DePauw improved to 17-7 on the season and extended its win streak to five straight with wins over Illinois College (30-14, 30-21, 22-30, 30-15) and Bluffton (30-23, 30-24, 30-22).

Katey Larson paced the Tigers with 12 kills against Illinois College, while Ali Smith totaled 24 assists and Sarah Drew added 21. Kate Carrico recorded six service aces and 17 digs, while Adrienne Cobb totaled five blocks.

Erin Cunningham led DePauw with 14 kills against Bluffton, while Drew had 35 assists and 15 digs. Kristen Chyoweth led with three service aces, while Cobb had nine blocks.

DePauw travels to Trinity this weekend for four SCAC matches.
