October 1, 2007, Greencastle, Ind. - Visiting Calvin scored once in each half and held on for a 2-0 victory over DePauw at Boswell Field. The Knights improved to 6-3-1, while the Tigers dropped to 2-8.

Natalie Veruink scored the eventual game winner at 12:13 and Kellie Honderd added the second score just 42 seconds into the second half.

Calvin outshot DePauw 15-7 and held a 7-4 edge in corners. Brooke Shipley totaled eight saves in goal for the Tigers, while Alyssa Bergsma recorded two in the first half for Calvin and Kayla Suzler had one in the second.

DePauw hosts Birmingham-Southern College on Friday at 6 p.m.
