September 30, 2006, Danville, Ky. - DePauw improved to 5-2 overall and remained perfect in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play at 3-0 following a 4-2 win at Centre. The Colonels dropped to 3-4 overall and 1-2 in the conference.

Allison Baccich scored two goals, while Carolyn Mueller and Becca Gaines each added one.

Centre outshot DePauw 20-12 and held a 12-2 advantage in penalty corners. Kaitlin Thomure recorded eight saves for the Tigers, while Centre's Ann Guagliardo totaled three.

DePauw takes its five-game win streak into Tuesday's game at Kenyon.
