September 16, 2006, Greencastle, Ind. - Heidelberg College won all four of its matches and captured the 2006 DePauw Volleyball Invitational championship. Mount Union was second at 3-1, while DePauw and Franklin finished with 2-2 marks.

DePauw split its four matches as it defeated Maryville and Rose-Hulman on Friday by 3-0 scores before dropping a 3-0 decision to Mount Union and a 3-1 contest to Heidelberg on Saturday .
