March 30, 2006, Fort Myers, Fla. - The Tigers split their Thursday games at the Gene Cusic Collegiate Classic and are now 14-5 on the season. DePauw lost to Luther by a 7-1 score before defeating Colby 12-1.

Luther jumped out to a 7-0 lead with five in the first and one each in the second and third. Four different Tigers collected one hit each. Lauren Curosh suffered the loss and dropped to 8-5.

In the win over Colby, the Tigers scored three in the first, six in the second and three in the third and were led by Lauren Rees and Jessica Bowlds with two hits apiece. Katherine Veatch improved to 6-0 by allowing just one hit in four innings.
