March 19, 2006, Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw dropped to 8-3 on the season following a 7-6 loss to Millsaps in eight innings.

The Tigers jumped out to a 5-0 lead with five runs in the third. Jessica Krueger, Carolyn Bartlett, Ashely Sewell and Lauren Curosh each hit RBI doubles in the inning and Chelsy Patterson added a sacrifice fly.

The Majors scored three in the bottom of the third, two in the fifth and one in the sixth to take a 6-5 lead. DePauw tied the game in the seventh on Kristy Mahon's double the scored Patterson.

Millsaps won the game in the bottom of the eighth when Kacey Quinn's single scored Kylie Kurtz.

DePauw totaled 12 hits led by Lauren Rees, Krueger, Barlett and Curosh with two each. Christina Sharp had three of Millsaps' nine hits including a pair of homers.

Lauren Curosh dropped to 5-3 with the loss, while Erica Douglas picked up the win.
