COMPLETE RESULTS
February 11, 2006, Cleveland, Miss. - The DePauw men's swimming and diving team totaled 829.5 points and successfully defended its Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference title.
DePauw won the 2005 title and picked up its third in the last four years and fourth since first competing in the SCAC in 1999. Trinity was second with 713 points.
In Saturday's fnals, Robert Alexander won the 100-yard freestyle in an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 46.50 seconds. Gregg Nowak also earned all-SCAC honors in the event by finishing third in 46.91 seconds. Brock Sishc finished second in the 200 backstroke in 1:57.22.
The Tigers' 400 free relay of Alexander, Landon Boehm, Peter Riggs and Nowak wrapped up the meet by winning in 3:11.47.
Alexander finished the meet with 57 points, while Trinity's Daniel Petersen was the top point scorer with 60. Sishc was eighth with 50 points.
