DePauw in second headed into final day of competition

February 10, 2006, Claveland, Miss. - The Tigers remained in second place at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships with 451 points, while Trinity leads with 641.

 

DePauw's 200-yard medley of Katie Doogan, Maddison Hamil, Amanda Stier and Megan Davenport won with an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 1:48.84.

 

Stier earned all-SCAC honors with a second-place finish in the 100 butterfly in 59.63 seconds, while Hamil did the same with a second-place showing in the 100 breaststroke in 1:09.50.

 

Doogan finished second in the 100 backstroke in a provisional time of 59.79 seconds.
