Rob Alexander paced the Tigers with a win in the 50-yard freestyle in 21.59 seconds and a pair of second-place finishes in the 100 free (47.37) and the 100 butterfly (52.95).
The Tigers' 200 free relay of John Cook, Kyle Kerrigan, Greg Nowak and Alexander won in 1:26.87.
DePauw returns to action on December 1-2 when it hosts the DePauw Invitational.
