October 1, 2006, Memphis, Tenn. - DePauw improved to 5-3 overall and 2-0 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference following a 5-2 win at Rhodes. The Lynx dropped to 1-6-3 overall and 0-3-1 in the conference.

Nick and Scott Noel each scored a pair of goals and Jeremy Rielley added the other in addition to an assist. The Tigers led 2-0 at halftime and extended the margin to 5-0 midway through the second half.

Rhodes outshot DePauw 15-14, while the Tigers held a 4-3 advantage in corners. John Fenley recorded three saves for DePauw and Alex Margolin had six for Rhodes.

The Tigers host Oglethorpe on Friday at 1 p.m.
