September 24, 2005, Danville, Ky. - The Tigers improved to 12-4 on the season following a pair of 3-0 victories in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference East Divisional at Centre College.
The Tigers opened with a 30-23, 30-16, 31-29 win over Rose-Hulman. Kim Hamer led the Tigers with 13 kills, while Megan Weinheimer had 10. Sherise Denny led the Tigers with 20 assists and two aces, while Jenni Zeser had eight digs and Lizzy Ackermann added three blocks.
DePauw then defeated Oglethorpe 30-18, 30-14, 30-13. Hamer and Liz Pollom each had eight kills, while Denny had 14 assists. Ali Pinkston led the Tigers with 11 digs and shared the team lead with Ackermann with five blocks.
The Tigers face Sewanee and Centre on Sunday.
