Michell Corbett scored a pair of first-half goals, each assisted by Sarah Wall, to give the hosts all they would need.
Katy Phillips scored, unassisted, with 68:07 to cut the lead in half before Corbett added a third goal at 76:51 with an assist from Lindsey Macklin.
Ohio Wesleyan outshot DePauw 23-12 and held a 12-3 advantage in corners. Brooke Shipley recorded six saves for the Tigers, while Megan Brake had three second-half saves for the Battling Bishops.
