March 12, 2005, Holland, Mich. - DePauw freshman Katie Doogan finished 24th in the 200-yard backstroke in today's prelims at the NCAA Division III Women's Swimming and Diving Championships. She finished with a time of 2:12.56

In Friday's competition, Doogan placed 32nd in the 400 individual medley prelims with a time of 4:45.23. On Thursday, she finished 24th in the 200 individual medley in a time of 2:11.26.
