November 5, 2005, Sewanee, Tenn. - DePauw is 25-10 overall and 12-5 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference following a split of their Saturday matches at the SCAC Cross-Divisional.
The Tigers defeated Hendrix 3-1 (30-10, 30-17, 31-33, 30-28) and lost to Southwestern 3-1 (30-26, 30-21, 29-31, 30-19).
In the Hendrix match, Ali Pinkston led the Tigers with 13 kills and Liz Pollom added 12 with Sherise Denny totaling 32 assists and Sarah Drew 27. Amy Wilcox paced DePauw with 14 digs followed by Megan Weinheimer with 13. Kim Hamer finished with six blocks.
Christina Dickerson paced DePauw with 15 kills against Southwestern with Pinkston finishing with 13. Drew totaled 29 assists with Jenni Zeser leading with 20 digs and Pinkston adding 16. Hamer totaled eight blocks and Lizzy Ackermann had seven.
