Nick Noel scored the game's lone goal at 8:00 on an assist from Craig Lippincott. The Tigers outshot Southwestern 9-3 with each team recording three corner kicks.

John Fenley recorded his third straight shutout and totaled three saves, while Steven Harben had three saves for the Pirates.
