Crawfordsville, Ind. - The Tigers evened their season record at 1-1 with a 3-1 victory at Wabash in the Wabash Classic. The victory was the 350th in the 36-year career of head coach Page Cotton.
Page Cotton got the scoring started for the Tigers as he scored with an assist from Kyle Stefankiewicz just 3:39 into the contest. Mario Ingraffia added an unassisted goal at 48:27 before Danny Antle made it 3-0 with an assist from Evan Shook at 53:50.
The Little Giants lone score of the contest came at 87:35 as Ryan Leagre scored with an assist from Tom Reifenberg.
DePauw outshot Wabash 19-18 and Wabash held a 5-3 advantage in corners. Kyle Clemens recorded four saves for the Tigers while Will McAdams had five for Wabash.
The Tigers host Earlham on Saturday, September 11.
